Steve Martin

General Manager

Over the past 35 years, Mr. Martin has served in project and program management roles in both the private and federal sectors, to include international and domestic projects ranging from 500K to 1.3B. His experience includes successfully managing and delivering projects to companies such as Procter & Gamble, DuPont, AT&T, Philips Semiconductor, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, LSI Logic Corp, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, Schering Plough, Carolina Power and Light, Dayton Power and Light, Mississippi Power and Light, and Union Electric. Specific knowledge includes liaison to regulatory bodies, large-scale personnel management, securing financing and business development. In the government sector, Mr. Martin has been integral in winning awards at the Pentagon, and with multiple federal agencies such as USACE, NAVFAC, DOS, ASAID, DHS, VA, and GSA. Federal projects range in size from $1M - $250M and vary between short term firm fixed price, as well as long term IDIQ’s and MACC contracts.
Mr. Martin also has experience with all aspects of the life sciences; from pharmaceutical formulations and processes to complex bioprocesses and R&D operations. Further, Mr. Martin has held extensive, in-depth leadership and management roles executing Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and cost reimbursable contracts. He routinely serves as the subject matter expert for government pursuits.
As General Manager, Mr. Martin maintains operational and financial responsibility for all aspects of the company. Additionally, Mr. Martin formulates strategic methods for achieving the objectives of the business plan, as well as management of all large-scale government and commercial clients.

Nancy Yates

Vice President of Healthcare

Ms. Yates is a seasoned Healthcare Executive with 20+ years of experience in the highly competitive healthcare industry. She has an extensive knowledge and understanding of the physician/provider and payer relationships. She is skilled in negotiating, renegotiating and executing thousands of provider contracts from individual providers to large clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, labs and hospitals. Nancy excels in linking the big picture concerns and business unit goals to the day to day activities by uncovering the constituents’ needs and wants without losing sight of the end result. She has been integral in providing sales and marketing support in the build out of low cost and custom narrow networks, while meeting and exceeding accessibility, quality and financial goals.

Ali Afnan

Director of Quality and Compliance

Ali Afnan, a change agent, has been focused on quality of pharmaceuticals throughout products’ lifecycle. An early contributor since the inception of the AAC Healthcare Solutions, he is charged with assuring the quality of products and compliance to regulation and best practices.
As President and founder of Step Change Pharma he facilitated and managed process improvements, regulatory changes and submissions, inspections, oversaw manufacturing operations and developed and implemented quality management systems.
As senior staff fellow in FDA, he was focused on development of Process Analytical Technology (PAT), Process validation, Quality by Design Guidances as well as streamlining review practices. He was the recipient of multiple commissioner’s awards. He was awarded the 2012 International Pharmaceutical Federation’s IPS Medal for Meritorious Contribution to the global pharmaceutical industry.

John Bodtker

Director of Pharmaceutical Services

Mr. Bodtker graduated with a BS degree in Chemistry from U. C. Davis and continued on to earn his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of The Pacific in California. John has proven success in department design, optimization, regulatory compliance and leadership in a highly regulated profession. After numerous chief pharmacist positions, including compounding, he established an entirely new pharmacy department within a Primary Care Medical Clinic on an Indian reservation focusing on patient safety, sustainability and continual improvement of services. John knows first hand that dispensing pharmacies must navigate the ever-changing legal and regulatory requirements while keeping their patients best interest at heart. Mr. Bodtker understands these challenges and has a vision to bring equitable pricing to Independent and Native American pharmacies across the country.

J. Scott Jordan

M.D. – Medical Director

Dr. Jordan has a medical degree from the University of TN, an MS from Middle Tennessee State University, followed by an MBA from Massey Graduate School of Business; Belmont University. Scott’s years of experience as founding Physician of a multiple physician medical group as well as a Staff physician for Clinics and psychiatric hospitals has positioned him to address healthcare from all angles. He has held Board of Advisor positions for both profit and nonprofit entities as well as serving as Chief Medical examiner locally. His MBA and vast experience has given him insight allowing him to improve healthcare delivery and customer service. He was partnered with business and insurance companies with capitation and quality models to further discussions on the utilization of artificial intelligence. Scott has numerous awards and publications as well as held instructor positions and conducted research.
